The app allows patients to easily enter how you are doing, health data, important things that happen in your life, and other types of information crucial to select and optimize treatment. The information you enter is sent to your personal version of the website, and nowhere else. Go to the website to see the information you have entered, and to update the monitoring plans. All information is used to calculate the best treatment for you and to track your treatment and your health. With time, you will be in the possession of an extensive, personal knowledge source ideally suited for the selection and optimization of treatments. On the website, you can use the lively and clear presentations of information about you and the treatment effects to optimize treatment, together with your clinician.
